Our state-of-the-art machinery, includes equipment for molding as well as post-processing, forms the basis for the highest quality standards whilst ensuring our competitiveness.

Depending on the material, geometry and quantity, we select the most suitable manufacturing process, thereby ensuring efficient and precise production.

Precision in the mixing plant

We use an internal mixer and open mills in the production of our compounds. This ensures that the material composition is uniform and meets the specifications exactly. The result are compounds with the required physical and chemical properties.

Molding and cross-linking in a single process

During vulcanisation, the material archieves its final physical and chemical properties. Depending on the application, injection moulding, compression moulding or transfer moulding are used. In addition, extrusion and assembly ensure precise further processing for large sizes or special applications.

Precise finishing for a defined flash within the permitted limit

We use a variety of deflashing processes to remove flashes. Cryogenic deflashing, stone griding or hand-deflashing garanties excellent results. This ensures that all components meet the required specifications.

Heat treatment for improved properties and optimized cross-linking

Post-curing optimizes the cross-linking and removes volatile ingredients, depending on the used curing system. This process utilises standard process-controlled ovens with metal sheet inserts or rotary drums. Thermal post-treatment optimises the mechanical and thermal properties of the components sustainable.
