We are seeking reinforcement to manage our ongoing accounting with precision and foresight as soon as possible.
Your Responsibilities
- Operational Accounting: Independent handling of accounts receivable and accounts payable as well as processing of national and international payment transactions.
- Receivables Management: Conducting dunning procedures to ensure liquidity.
- Accounting: Preparation of travel expense and credit card statements in compliance with tax regulations.
- Financial Statement Assurance: Management of fixed asset accounting and active support in preparing monthly and annual financial statements according to HGB.
Your Profile for Our Team
- Successfully completed commercial training, ideally as a tax clerk (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
- Several years of solid professional experience in financial accounting
- Structured working approach even with complex matters
- Confident use of MS Office (especially Excel) as well as sound user knowledge in Business Central and DATEV
- Goal-oriented and solution-focused approach
- Reliability and team spirit
