To further expand our success at the Henstedt-Ulzburg site, we are looking as soon as possible for a committed leadership personality for our production. You can expect a permanent employment contract in a collegial team characterized by flat hierarchies and short decision-making processes.
Your area of responsibility
- Operational management: Leading the shift operation, monitoring work processes as well as instructing and onboarding employees.
- Resource planning: Responsibility for personnel and machine allocation including shift, duty, and vacation planning.
- Process control: Setting up and programming systems (data set management) as well as ensuring material availability in close coordination with logistics.
- Quality & safety: Compliance with production schedules, quality standards, and occupational safety regulations as well as complete documentation of operational data.
- Disturbance management: Efficient troubleshooting of production disruptions in cooperation with maintenance (use of the software “Mainsaver”).
- Development: Active participation in company training and further education as well as reporting to production control.

- Organizational talent with technical understanding
- Reliability, assertiveness, and a strong hands-on mentality
- Deep instinct for machines, systems, and complex production processes
- Working in a 3-shift system (as well as special systems like full-continuous) is natural for you
- Confident use of MS Office
- A crane or forklift license is explicitly desired
